Adam is the cynic but likes to experiment with game mechanics and James is the logical one who wants to figure out the puzzle in the most correct and perfect way. But Bruce is the motivator; if he wasn't there nothing would be done. You see it multiple times in videos where he's telling them to either wrap it up or to get to the next stage while Kovic is lost in whatever he's playing and James is doing improv. It's the pretty great triumvirate of Funhaus.

There are no spawning guards or NPCS in Hitman, everyone you can encounter are on the map when you start the mission. Triggering an alert causes guards to deviate from their routines to search for you around your last known location.

Man as somebody who loves hitman 2016 and this new game I have to say it can be so painful when they don't realize how the "shift managers", searching system and the trespassing mechanics work. But then again the game doesn't really explain stuff that thoroughly so honestly you kinda have to learn via trial and error.
