16 graphics with 8 Bit Speccy/Amstrad sounds, the Atari St has always amazed me with that go-between two worlds :D

J'ai adoré ce jeu. Un vrai film d'action qui n'arrête pas. 👍

As soon as that music started playing, I thought that HAD to be one of the Follin brothers. They were musical geniuses on every platform going, but they were especially great on the ST (given that many ST soundtracks were just poor chiptune adaptations of sample-based Amiga melodies).

The memories I have of this game are three. Playing the game in the arcades. Seeing ads and reviews about it in magazines. Playing the game on the ST and IIRC I played it with cheats, played through it once and never touched it again. Or not. I am not 100% certain. Good port though.

Better animation than the Amiga. Retro games Ltd need to do a Atari ST mini

I am curious to know how much the extra blitter would have cost in 1985, for it would have made such a difference. The poor 68000 had to do everything. One of my first ST games was Obliterator by Psygnosis. The frame rate would drop literally to a slideshow.

@G P The SNES cpu, if I remember correctly, is a 16 bit cousin of the 6502. I bet they originally planned a big back compatible option if SNES game development didn"t take off. But you are correct if a blitter would have added 20 to 30 dollars to the price. The blitter and copper of the Amiga are really early age GPU's.

Pity that they used those disgusting and ear-breaking musics instead of some good digitized sounds.
