Nexis siempreaqui well if a Pegasus foal fails their flight test they get sent to the rainbow factory, to be thrown into one of the Pegasus devices, to be turned into spectra for rainbows, unless they can't produce spectra for rainbows, then they will be used to power the factory

Simple and effective. I'm certainly not going to complain about the lack of gore. The gears are a nice touch, particularly the slowdown and eventual stop at the end. I was just thinking about that in this watching, actually. Absentia. Most apparent parallel is to 'absent' or 'absentee,' but it has a couple of other possible meanings too. The prefix 'ab-' means 'away' and 'sent' is 'to feel'- from it, we get words like sentience or sentiment. Strong pairing, those two together. Kinda makes you wonder who it applies most to- Scootaloo, Rainbow Dash, or the Pegasus Device itself. It could also be 'absent-tia,' with Tia being a somewhat common fan-appointed nickname for Princess Celestia. She's the elephant in the room in this little mythology- surely she's powerful enough to create rainbows herself and spare the pegasi the trouble of sacrificing their own, right? So, where is she? And for that matter, who was John Geldling? |*Atlas shrugs*
