what i understood based on my limited korean lol the apartment upstairs was leaking water so the person living in it felt sorry towards kai's mother and told her that he/she is an SM staff and for the inconvenience, he/she offered her a signed EXO album as compensation LOL

Kai’s mom is sweet, so the SM’s staff. Staff’s house accidentally bring lil damage to Kai’s mom house. The staff went to Kai’s mom, apologize and even asked what she/he could do to apologize, then she/he mention maybe he/she can bring EXO’s cd sign bcs he/she works in SM. Kai’s mom found this situation is hillarious but didn’t say anything. Kai’s mom even didn’t want the staff into her house bcs there’s tons of Kai’s picture, and she didn’t want the staff feel embarrassed towards her bcs he/her offering EXO’s CD to one of EXO’s mom.. :))

But Jongin's mum abit embarrassed / hesitant to let the neighbour in cuz there are apparently pictures of Jongin everywhere. But Jongin was saying how the SM employee took the initiative to say he'll give an EXO CD made his mom feel happy because it showed that to the employee, EXO was the best he could give as an SM employee! So yeah, that's what was going on in the video. I'm still learning Korean so pls forgive any errors!! if i’m not wrong, the house above kai’s house was leaking water, and it leaked into his house. when the owner of the house knew about it he was very sorry and came down to apologise to kai’s mother, who was living there, about it and offered to compensate her by giving her a signed EXO cd, because the owner was an SM employee. he didn’t know that she was kai’s mother. the owner also wanted to enter kai’s house to see the extent of the damage, but because there were posters and pictures of kai in the house itself, kai’s mother just was like ‘oh it’s okay, you may go back’, probably not to embarrass the employee for thinking that he was being stupid for offering a signed EXO cd to someone who’s related to kai himself. honestly that was very nice of her! also kai mentioned that because of the water leaking there was stuff (probably furniture etc damaged) but because she heard of the employee offering the compensation of an EXO cd, and not any of their other successful groups, which shows how proud they were of exo, she was very happy!
