in this video i had about 35% ACD, but i tested the build with 0% acd and it works the same this kind of skills has huge cooldowns, so you will be able to do a full rotation no matter the acd

Arch Mage usually have 2 builds, 1. SVS 2.Five Element. In this build for normal element, Mystery Illusion is the most damage but in the end you're going to have all 5 element + 1 All Bloom/Violent Quake.
