SM Seaside Cebu is a shopping mall owned and developed by SM Prime Holdings located in Cebu City, Philippines that opened in 27 November 2015. It is currently the third largest shopping mall in the Philippines. SM Seaside City Cebu is SM Prime Holdings' third mall in Metro Cebu and the 55th mall in the Philippines. The mall is designed by Arquitectonica, the same company which designed SM City North EDSA, SM Mall of Asia and SM Megamall.

Mall Features
The SM Seaside Cebu will be a circular-shaped retail mall with multiple anchors, including a two-story The SM Store, SM Supermarket, a Centerstage theater, a Large Screen cinema, two Director's Club cinemas, and 4 regular cinemas, an 18-lane SM Bowling and Amusement Center, and a food court flanking an ice skating rink.
In addition, the mall will feature a rooftop sky garden, a 170-meter Sky Tower and over 440 food and retail shops, including local, national and global brands.

Tagalog is spoken in Luzon, Bisaya is in Visayas, but specifically Cebuano language. Unfortunately, Davao does not have its own language Davao and most of Mindanao is using the Cebuano language as their mother tongue.

Hoy! Pag sure oi! Pataka lang ka. Tagalog, Cebuano, Waray, Hiligaynon are some of the major Philippine languages. (not a dalect called by some). Davaoeno, Bol anon, Surigaonon, Cebuano to name a few. are people leaving in this respective areas or provinces. Bisaya is composed of people leaving in the Visayan Island. Some, called the Cebuano language as BIsaya because CEbuano language is the dominating language in the Visayan Island. Being Cebu is the economic powerhouse of the Visayas. People look after Cebu in most ways. Today, CEbuano language is the dominating language of Mindanao (at least 80%) The Lingua franca of Davao is Cebuano or Bisaya for some but no language called BISAYA. There's no such thing.
