the song of twisted castle shows that you shouldn't REALLY be there, like if something bigger than you do not want you, and you were clearly aware of it, you just didn't care.

Using the door behind the picture can skip the wing cap if you fall off the Floating Hotel and onto the roof. Just jump-kick into there from above.
