There are a few reasons why i think old Smg4 is better then current one. Like not shoving sounds every time a character does something or you actually having to read the text for all the characters, also humor is better then current one i mean most of it now feels like grees it doesn't feel right. Most importantly the old smg4 design. You can call it just a recolor but you weren't speaking like that back then if your old smg4 fan are you? It just cant be replaced. Also most of the videos actually used sm64 models and maps instead of 90% gmod or 100% of it. Not saying hes lazy but just wish they'd go back to it. But seems like never as usally when gmod modles are used they are in gmod backgrounds but sometimes they can be put in sm64 with tricks along with others.

I can't put my finger on why this era is so much more watchable. Look, I don't mind the characters - I think the designs of the custom made characters are cool, and they are cool characters but there's something so oddly charming of the base character models of the N64 and half of the background characters being Mario but in a different color palette.
