Thank you! On a 2022 TLX, I had to do both steps - use the clicker to program the button. On a 2022, the light goes from slow red blink to fast green and then follow up with the garage opener learn button while holding the same button. I tried like 10x before this video so this was super helpful.

Great video. Question about Acuras & HomeLink, do you have to have the key in the ignition to program and/or use the HomeLink garage door opener?

I would recommend the car running to program the Homelink I find it works better that way, you do not have to have the key in the car or running to use the Homelink to open or close the garage door.

If u have garage door openers already programmed in your home link then do not clear them out. This video is meant for first time users starting from scratch. A user would skip the clearing the codes step in that case.
