Love the private outdoor space you managed to fit in and how the house looks out over it. The ample laundry area and galley kitchen are well laid out and the bedroom is a real retreat. Noticed that great attention was paid to natural light and privacy. The layout makes it possible to put units like this very close together while maintaining privacy.

I like everything on it, i love the entry way, i love the private living room, i love the courtyard for maximum light in small space, i like the private bath with a bit of greenery.....and a hidden laundry room.. isnit fantastic..i can see my self living here alone .... ofcourse these are for a couple without a chid or single person.....

This house is amazing! I only have a couple crits. 1) I think most people who want to buy a house are going to want a garage, and even if they are willing to sacrifice that, are at the very least going to want to have covered parking. And 2) It is my solid opinion that a front entry is not complete unless it has space for your coat, space for your shoes, and a place for you to sit and take off your shoes. But these things could all be addressed with easy edits to this otherwise brilliant design.

Can you explain? I just see missing space f.e. a closet for a lot of practical things like heating, water tank, vacuum cleaner etc. And also space for cultural stuff like pieces of art, books, records, musical Instruments, etc. And a kind of workspace. I would also like to use the whole roof as a terrace and additional garden space.

@ I think it’s the way light comes through in every pixel that creates a sense of space that’s just not there when it’s actually built. I’ve only seen a couple go from AI to build and they seemed small, mean and dark.

Très belle maison, belles prestations et bien agencée. Je n'aurais toutefois pas mis de toilettes dans la salle de bains. En effet 1 wc pour un couple suffit amplement et cela aurait agrandi la salle de bains. D'ailleurs, même en comprenant que la verdure apporte une lumière naturelle a la salle de bains, je l'aurais supprimée pour soit agrandir la chambre ou faire vraiment un coin bureau. J'aurais aussi un peu rétréci le patio côté cuisine de façon a l'agrandir ou décaler un peu la cuisine et de fait, agrandir le salon. Cette maison est très bien conçue, notamment le coin repas qui prend juste intelligemment la place qu'il lui faut. Félicitations !! Un 2eme chambre aurait été magnifique. Mais vraiment belle maison. Beaucoup d'aisance quon regrette un peu quil ny ait pas un couchage en plus. Belle décoration, une vraie entrée, tout le confort souhaité, beaux meubles : parfait 😊 Isabelle.

I do agree the computer models may not represent actual space. For example, I’m pretty sure these are not deep cabinets and drawers. It’s more likely the shallow depth that is difficult to fit many item in. It’s a great space if, you have no hobbies. It could use a storage room. All in all, I do like jt!

Absolute banger, the tsuboniwa is the cherry on the cake. Would sign up to live there in a heart beat. I would add a few meter squares of wide open back garden behind the bedroom though, that would balance things out with the front/entrance garden
