You deserve so many more likes than you get. You go in depth and explain what you're using and why you use it.

Espially your knowledge of the tide and how it effects the fishing is outstanding. A lot of people know this stuff, but they cannot teach you. You can! Greets from germany P.s.: very good cam!!!

The color, detail, and sound quality is noticeably better. But I did notice a high pitch ringing in the background that was not there in your last video.

Thank you for the tips, does this concept apply to artificial bait/lure as well? Should we use smaller lure when bass fishing in fall/winter? thanks

Man that 35lb'er is nice, but I have to believe that 9 out of 10 times its all downhill from there.

Mr. Hood....I am curious.....I have noticed when you hook a big fish I hardly ever see or hear your drag. Do you have your drag cinched all the down? When I am using my 12 and 14 foot surf rods for catfishing and I hook a big fish.....40 pounds and up I do have drag pull. I know you use 65 braid and in this video you are using 50lb high viz big game mono for abrasion resistance but it astounds me that you never have drag pull. Several months ago I hooked a 61 pound flat head from the bank and that fish took line like crazy. I use 65 pound braid which is then connected to 50 pound big game mono. Can you explain why you are not having drag pull. I am starting to wonder if I have mine set too light. I set my drag on 25 pounds based on my scale I use. I am just curious.....

I want to send you some Shimano spinning reels. These are bait runners which I use and really like them. I use the larger ones for two reasons....one I fish saltwater in the summer while vacationing and need large line capacity and second I use 60 pound big game mono for certain situations when cat fishing. I fish north Alabama lakes and we have a lot of rock in the areas I fish which is where the mono comes in. Thanks for sharing your knowledge with us viewers and your fishing sessions. I have learned a lot from you.

If you do send them thank you.

My drag is not loose or clinched. There are many of my videos where a fish takes a lot of drag. Because of the style of hooks I use if the drag was too loose chances of a hook up would go way down. Thank you.
