I totally agree with your review. We thought the intention Disney had was a premium/upscale venue because of the decor, menu, table side experiences etc ... but that image is let down a little by the noise level and beehive activity of the room. We still would recommend though. I wish Disney would consider more venues that are intentionally low-key & quiet for people who need to decompress from the intensity of the parks, or just want a quiet or even romantic moment. I know its a huge theme park so my expectation may be silly. :-)

Love Disney's new emphasis on cocktails but my God ... those prices. I think my Tables in Wonderland card paid for itself last trip just sitting at the Flying Fish bar drinking. If you haven't been there, make a trip ... Josh (and Bill) both make some darn solid drinks. Real craftsmen.

Agreed! We almost choked when we saw the old fashioned was $25!! LOL. Yes! Flying Fish is awesome, one of our favorites!

Best Disney food blog out there. Liked that the tip about how noisy it can get came at a time that it was so noisy that we could barely hear you. Best proof of a point I've seen in a while.

You have read our minds, lol. These are all the places we want to hit up as soon as more things begin to open back up again. We've done Toledo, Dahlia Lounge, and Nomad Lounge a few times, but never vlogged unfortunately. Yes, the library is much more quieter and low key. Funny too because we sat in there with friends just a couple days before shooting this video and had a much nicer experience. Oh well. Thanks so much for watching and glad you enjoyed!!!

Nice vid. The guy and I started to check this place out shortly after it opened, but left due to the noise. Sad to hear that it seems to be a regular problem. I also don’t think it’s a great fit stylistically for the Grand Floridian, but it’s definitely a beautiful lounge taken on its own.

Love the decor. I was initially concerned when a Beauty & the Beast theme was announced. I like the table-side cocktail pours for their specialty drinks but I’m not sure they thought through what that would do to service time overall - or maybe they’re more popular than anticipated. Hopefully they can work through that. Great video, as always!

Nolets Gin is AMAZING!!! May I recommend please that you try a Nolets Gin Gimlet (made with real lime juice and if possible some basil muddled in).
