Hi! I got this from either TJ Maxx or Marshalls, maybe 5 years ago! I'd say those are good places to try. Michael's also and homegoods, Kirklands, etc!

Apologies for my delayed response! You have to ask them for their measurements which is what I'd do if I was doing a custom waistbead. otherwise, I make a standard size of 50" and folks can request additional length if needed. hope that helps!
