I can't believe nobody put a line on it to keep it in the middle of the channel, at least until fire department could be on scene to keep it from burning up another yacht. Just put a long line, and hold it in place for a bit.

You don't know what is on board, a propane tank can explode and kill you. The heat will burn you if you come close. How do you attach a rope to a burning boat? You are willing to risk your life for the property of someone you don't know?

Those guys on the work boat did a fantastic job of firstly getting passengers of the vessel and then returned and pushed the craft in the inlet and held it there. This is shown in a another video. But then all the other comments are on differing thoughts.

Where are the 50 caliber guns. Shoot holes in the hull right below the waterline. The boat will sink in minutes. Most boats sink anyway in this situation. I'm sure the local police have one or two of these high power guns. Also there are fuel containment diapers right there. Come on people.
