What does right ovary obstructed by gas filled bowel loop?…. Hope you can answer.

It means the right ovary was not seen properly on ultrasound because of gas filled intestine in front of it. It is hard to see structures on ultrasound if they are blocked by a gas filled structure. It was not seen properly so they cannot examine it and give a diagnosis.
