Completely understand 💓 I put together candy kits & had a few people copy me on TikTok, they even copied my photos. So I had to start putting my company in the photos I learned that the hard way. It definitely sucks cause hours go into designing or making sure the photos are right. So sorry you went thru that, but just know we appreciate all your kindness with the knowledge you do share. I’m also self taught, but I think as a community it’s truly a blessing when we can help each other out. ❤💯

Noeli, you are doing the right thing with your Branding. It's hard for some people to understand that you go to a lot of trouble to make your own Brand. I am yet to start my small business & I remember inboxing you about your Brand as it was very close to what I had in mind too (great minds think alike). I have since designed my other Brand so as NOT to be like you as even though we are in different countries, you were first & that means a lot to me. There are plenty of other small business owners who post on KZbin on how to create items and provide step-by-step tutorials. that's how Noeli's channel was recommended to me. However, the other small business owners never used their own logo, designs, etc. so that people wouldn't copy them. They would use a generic design as an example. It's sad to hear that people up right copied all your hard work and I think we all understand and respect that you want to protect what you created.

There are many account teach what’s you do none if that’s, all small business are copied the same way but with there own brands and design .. i always want to learn how they do vellum cash envelops and when I write here in KZbin thousands vids show how to do it and I did my own .. she copy you because you give her inspiration to open SB and start its that’s easy and don’t blame yourself but be proud because you helps women’s to start and do and it’s lucky that all people likes your brand. Sometime, being thankful for that is will help you a lot to grow your small business.

When are the poly mailers going to be listed and available for purchase in your shop and under what brand? I’m sorry to hear about your situation. Having your content ideas stolen is a Small Business owner nightmare especially since you had to learn it all from scratch. I hope you reported it to the proper authorities in that it doesn’t happen again. You’re also protecting other fellow small business owners from experiencing the same problem. Wow! She really did steal your designs!! That's terrible. I remember the video you made showing us how to make the "thank You" cards and you said several times "please use your own designs, I am only showing you the steps to make your own thank you cards." Tutorials or not people see your designs. It's the designs you need to protect. I think you can trademark your business name and anything that comes along with that is yours and therefore anyone who uses anything you do can be sued.

I did notice lots of videos were no longer up and it all makes sense now. So sorry someone did this to you, although you claim it to be “your fault,” I totally disagree.
