Put a heat press pillow, inside tote bag before pressing , maybe that will help.

Hi! Thank you for that! However even though we still use heat press pillow, the material is canvas so it’s still a little more stiff and rigid.

Pressing pillow will fix that problem for your bags. They are life saver.
