For Dunkin the drink is just a Cookie Butter Cold brew, and to lighten it you add your choice of milk - this way it comes automatically with the cold foam and cookie crumbs. The cookie latte might be a totally different drink. I know they have a “holiday cookie latte” but it a mix of different flavors
