That kids motocross bike cannot be used legally in public, will be for private use only. The wording is an ‘electrically assisted pedal cycle’ - that has no pedals, therefore is only for use on private land.

I've had a pop top romahome called the hi-low. Don't buy one of those and go for the fixed top instead as the pop top is a pain in the ass
