Maybe create a large vision board with thoughts that leads to a plan of action and a habit tracker? I added a vibration plate to help with muscle toning to my workout room. I also have a massage pad to calm myself at the end of the day.

The room looks so good! So fun that you used the pink. I think it gives a warm and calming feel to the place which makes working out more of a treat than a job. Also been on the pink train lately, I like to think we are all embracing our Barbie era

Lindi, great job. It's just the right size with all you need to use as your workout space. Painting the wooden wall brightened the space which is what you want to during your workout, very calming if you choose to meditate or take a mommy break 😂 The mirror 🪞🧘🏽‍♀️🤼‍♂️🏃🏽‍♀️💪🏽is awesome. There are several companies that have this piece for those of us who want to workout at home with a trainer and to see the reflection of our results. Use it in good health.
