Kung gagawing parking yong lanai all the way sa harap, 2 cars ang pwede. But most important maka drive up near kitchen which is convenient bringing in the groceries. Napakagandang design, thanks.

Hope there's a Floor Plan to see it's overall dimension bcuz sometimes also unbelievable that there are others good in presentation to make believe for the small area that could make with so many interior designs and floor plans. This is a nice design but I feel like this has air bnb potential more than a long term residence. Im not sure where this is meant for but I would prefer the washer and dryer be located indoors since most climates would not be friendly to appliances outdoors. you could always utilize stacked 2 in 1 washer dryer combos that would fit in the space of a small closet. For a more permanent home, i would even suggest moving the washroom in the hallway up against the kitchen and removing the bedroom closest to the front door. Maybe use that as the washroom for the primary bedroom

I didn’t see any storage area anywhere, people need store seasonal items, like Xmas decorations, etcétera, how about groceries? Where do you put them? I would enclosed the laundry room, too exposed to the elements even under a roof, I would include a closet at the entrance, to Hang coats, jackets, umbrellas, etcétera, specially for our guests, the rest, I liked it.

Beautiful design, enjoy new ideas in building a home, I would place the sink outside the bathroom…make that shower space a bit bigger. With 4 bedrooms , one bath will be a busy space. So put a robe on and take care of the details in the hallway.

I would prefer the primary bedroom be extended to use the front porch space which is under roof. The closest bedroom to the primary could larger as well by movving the front wall out to taake advantage of the space wasted on patio furniture.

A four bed home implies a family, kids, school and yet there is no desk in any of the rooms. The house bathroom is very small, in fact the whole house is a very clever, compressed package. I like the room layout but some different room options would be there if I were living here with a couple of kids. A washer dryer outside like this wouldn’t last more than a week in many neighborhoods.

hello! is it possible to have a design/build an up and down house with lot area 120sq mtr subdivision cut. like 6 or 7x8m floor area with small garden in front. 2 bedroom down common toilet and bath, dining and sitting room with small front garden up: 1 bedroom with bathroom and separate movie room with open space for BBQ area (small gathering). hope you notice it. thank you. keep safe and happy designing🙂
