These 12 X 15 meters modern house design contains dual purpose featuring multi functional furniture, and advances space saving in our design . This house was designed with an efficient layout that maximizes the open living space for its users, by incorporating natural lighting and natural ventilation.

12x14 M , Earth toned colors, (sement, wood, black accents, cove lighting,) warm and cozy house with hints of industrial designs First floor: 2 car garage with additional space for at least 5 big bikes, 1bed room w/ T&B, living, dinning, kitchen, powder room, patio, (everything has a rustic design with warm/dark accents) Second floor, (cozy, warm and dark designs) Family area/ 2nd living 2nd bedroom w/ T&B 3rd bedroom w/ T&B powder room Masters bedroom w/ masters T&B Music studio room with no windows.

Very well design. Open space and it looks bigger on a small area. Like the number of rooms. But make the master bedroom upstairs with a walk-in closet and make ground floor bedroom a guest room. How about kasing bahay bedrooms?
