I love the design of the house however a person with a disability who uses a wheelchair It is recommended by the ADA that you have a minimum of 32” for door openings. However, for most people, a door with a 30-inch opening is more than enough for standard wheelchair access. The porch is beautiful an idea I had would add a ramp adjacent to the back of the house where the steps lead into the house as well as the front porch and the ramp could be hidden by brushes or a decorative wall. One more thing could you incorporate an elevator in the house as well? I'd love to hear your thoughts. Stay blessed.

I thought I saw a 1/2 Bath downstairs near the full Bath. I would prefer to put that half back upstairs. Or an additional half Bath upstairs. I like the size of the rooms especially the master bedroom. That would be mine, my daughter and son-in-law would have to be upstairs. They would need a 1/2 Bath On the second floor. I do like the layout of the house very much. The decks or porches are phenomenal, especially the covered porch 2nd floor, they would love that. How much would a house like this cost? For instance, in Kansas City Missouri? Thank you for sharing this. I hope you have a blessed weekend.

Beautiful home but see some faults upon entering the Living room . Ad placement of sofa as no normal person wants to watch television with their heads turning their heads sideways! Also the laundry room should either have stackable washer and dryer instead of the one shown. Other than that this house is remarkable!

Why is the cost this ,so much ? 2.2 m to 2.6 m . I've been in Construction since fresh out of High School . I've helped build a lot of high end homes that are a lot bigger than this one and a lot nicer and a lot less than half the price . Come on why so much .

I think the price is in Philippine Peso. If its in dollars the conversion would probably be around 50,000 give and take. Thats 1$=57.00 pesos as of now. I dont know if this is a good or a reasonable price, since the inflation rate is currently really high in our country. Construction materials really doubled if not tripled this time +the delivery cost and the permits. I got my house built last 2020 and finished it by 2021 TFA is 80 sqm, bungalow but with foundations and steelworks ready for a 2nd floor just in case I want to. same design with 2 bedrooms and 2 tb, also got a patio. it cost me around 1.6-1.7m labor and materials to include all the finishes and the retaining wall, excluding the lot price. I Could say it is cheaper then since its also Pandemic when it started and I know some of the suppliers since my family is also in the construction industry and the workers also so we got big discounts .
