I would turn the small WC on the main floor off the kitchen into a small laundry/utility room, (because I didn't see any in this design). This would also allow access for under-stair storage. I'd then take the ensuite entrance from the bedroom on the main level and put it out in the wall across from the dining table.

Looks great! There is a lot of unused room under the first floor stairwell next to the common half bathroom. I see room for a 4th bedroom instead of the second floor porch and room for stairs to go to the roof for a roof deck.

Upstairs is OK. But a bed pushed up against a wall is a pain in the ..... to make. Downstairs needs 1 full bath, and utility room for laundry and water heater, pantry area. That would mean the downstairs bedroom would go away making this a 2 bdrm home. Don't waste the space under the stairs. For so little cupboard and counter space some type of breakfast bar or island is needed.

I like this great design, just got the dimension of my lot 7x20, its located in an elevated property, the front door is facing East and the back is really a nice view (The Philippine west sea) the higher side is on the right side going down to left side so I will prefer the mirror image lay out so i can view from the terrace the lower side of the other property and the park amenities. Thank you for sharing this design :)

Definitely, that design can be possible as long as you sacrifice the parking space in your home. You must park your car on the street. The backyard might be used for the dryer and washer and maybe the construction of a little shed to store (certain items)

Mom and dad are not getting any adult time as long as any of their 2 children are home, lol! I do like how the two upstairs bedrooms are seperated by some distance. But sexy times will generate noise between walls. I could easily see the parents sacrificing the master bedroom that's downstairs for one of the more tucked away ones upstairs. There's hardly any space to store anything though. You'd have to really be into the minimalism lifestyle. 4 people (2 parents, and 2 children) would be really really snug in there. It'd make an amazing how for 1-2 people though. A couple could have the master bedroom, and then the two spares could be converted into offices or storage. The bike tucked away at the corner of the property without clear window viewing is screaming "steal me." But maybe I've grown up in more dangerous neighborhoods than this, lol...

An interesting design, but I think you would have to place it - and others - carefully. The open balcony could be another bedroom or a study as you might not want to look out onto a road, and tbh weather in the UK is not always that great. Solar panels on the roof - high levels of insulation? I also agree that some form of laundry might be needed. As a concept for say student accommodation it would seem to work well, and looks good.

Great deisgn and concept. However, the issue with these type of home designs are the lack of security and privacy when you are home and may want to keep a low profile.

Good plan but it should have a basement for extra room, an entry that is protected from hot or cold temperatures, and large Hall closet to hold guest coats. Patio area is small, would not be large enough to cook and entertain on. Upstairs the outdoor balcony should have gold or white glass surround for privacy. A glass sunroof would add lig Better to have entrance to the bathroom from the bedroom instead of being so near the Kitchen and Dining areas. Windows through out should have enclosed window blinds for privacy and to darken room for sleeping.

Preference ko lang if I am the owner of this nicely designed house, I would make the big 2nd floor terrace to be my master suite extended all the way back. I will keep a small 1 meter balcony at the front. Space utilization is prime for small houses.
