Yes po sir pwedeng lagyang ng isang room at isang cr sa taas. Para magingpaupahan or masters bedroom. Pero mas prefer ni maam ang roofdeck sir, tingin ko maganda tanawin kina maam kaya gusto nya may roofdeck po.:)

Ok. Measuring the house by the size of the people in the design for scale. If the man is 6 feet tall (1.82 metres) then the size of the deck is approx 720 sq feet (66 sq metres). The main floor is slightly bigger. And this is supposed to be 39 sq metres with roof deck? The people in the video should be about 3 feet (.27 m) tall.
