When I see how small most houses are everywhere else, I realize how spoiled we are. My house is just over 2,000 square feet. And it’s just me and my pets. 4 bedrooms, 2 bath, a den/office and a formal dining room. I’ve already realized this is probably “ too much “ for just me. Not that it’s a problem. My resale value will only be higher. I don’t even use the 600 square feet on my second story. Completely empty. And I have almost half an acre of property. Paid $89,000 last year, here in southwest Georgia. This home would have easily cost me over half a million in Reno, Nevada, where I was from.

This is the right balance of inside to outside. For me, I would make the middle bedroom a music/library room and have less steps (age related.) I rarely see a house that I would not change bits and bobs, but this one is IT! Bravo/Brava to the architectural design team.

Well planned throughout. Great interior, loved the laundry area, also the outdoors. I would make the pool/pond area as a dip pool on hot summer nights or days. Any house will need work, regular maintenance and expert gardening to maintain to a standard like this.

I love the fact that there is lots of yard space. The landscape is beautiful ❤️. Other videos I've watched, they all are absolutely stunning! However, there is never enough yard space. Thought went into this one to make sure it was added. Also, the fact that other homes are around, makes it look even more beautiful. Every thing is well manicured. Simply but elegant. This house is almost perfect! Instead of one half bath and one small bathroom with only a shower, I would prefer one full bathroom, with tub and perhaps a sliding barn door between the commode and the bathroom. That way you could have a guest toilet, separate from the rest of the kid’s bathroom.

Beautiful smaller home. Beautiful finishes, windows and loved the small pool and gorgeous landscaping. It also had plenty of storage, which is a big plus. What I didn't care for was the choice of music, strange art, and I don't care what type of cars were under the carport!!

I liked the wrap-around glass windows, and the corner with the water feature is very interesting. I fear that IRL, the dining area is too narrow for a room that is also acting as a major passageway, though. (Trust me-I suffered with the same situation in my last house, and there was just no getting around it! After a week of squeezing past chairs, we tried shoving the table against a wall; and eventually we just ate around an island in the kitchen and used the dining room for something else.) You might be better served exchanging the water feature for more interior sq ftg, and allowing the living/dining/kitchen spaces to be more open concept. I know it’s hard as a designer to give up your cool focal point, though!

I would remove the wall that is separates the living room and dining, make the island bigger but put the cooking range in the wall and the washing sink in the island. It will make the space open and easier to get around and the dining table area won't feel so claustrophobic. I do love the water feature but would make it like a hot tub or a tiny pool to soak into than like a mini fountain as here. Or it could also be a fish pond. Could also totally add a small elongated rectangle pool in the back where the outdoor seating is.

This was well thought out with the interior design. I liked the versatility of the landscaping where it facilitates a lot of fauna that could also serve as a stylish garden to grow your own foods. The exterior is quite resort like. I would take out a bush or 2 to opt for a grill or means of cooking even if it's a chiminea. Speaking of cooking, the cooking surface in the kitchen is reversed against my preferences. There's no backsplash for the food messes. Whatever concept for an oven there is was not clearly visible. I would extend the carport out a little further to extend the laundry room to have an entrance from the carport. Then, accordingly shift the walls and space for the master closet that doesn't seem that big. The idea is not to expand the closet space but to have the option of having a possible workspace in the bedroom. The design doee not suggest nor incorporate working from home. Granted that one of the other bedrooms can be converted into an office, it's usually not a shared office space and someone may have to compromise for the bedroom. Overall, this is a beautiful, elegant standard of simplicity. It would be nice to have the dimensions to best conceptualize modifications.
