Small jet with pediatric patient and five others aboard crashes in Philadelphia

At least six people are dead and multiple others are injured after a medical jet crashed into a busy suburban neighborhood outside of Philadelphia earlier this evening.

That looks like the plane suffered some kind of catastrophic malfunction for it to just fall out of the sky like that. This is not a navigation error, this is a complete loss of control.
