when i turn my KASCO aerator on ,the floatation part starts spionning in a circle until it actually pulls it underwater enough to change spray pattern,whats wrong?

We are in southern Louisiana and seldom even see a freezing temp, and if so, it'll just be an overnight dip. Are these systems fine to stay installed year around under these circumstances?

It is fine to leave the system year-round in areas where a hard freeze is not predicted. However, each system should be removed at least once per year for a cleaning and then be re-anchored back in place. These units dissipate heat through a stainless steel motor can. If too much material collects on the can it can cause unwanted heat build-up causing a shorter motor life. Thank you for watching! There are multiple ways to create water movement throughout a pond including aerating fountains, diffused aeration systems, surface aeration systems, and pond circulators. Each pond/situation may call for use of different aeration equipment to accomplish the task of good water movement and increased oxygen levels. Thank you for watching and commenting. That price is ridiculous!! A $20 pond pump a 5gal bucket w/lid and some rubber spray pvc cap, scape pvc pipes, drill, brick for anchor and I have a fountain!!!🤦🏼‍♀️😂🤷🏼‍♀️
