@r6man2 yeah it actually is lol they just dont send these these ONLY do one way streets so i only know of mondays and weds this happens in downtown basically 1/3-half the route is one ways so no point to have an asl and because of cars etc. thanks for the comment! and the weds route is mostly commercial....

@Trashman242 nope! after they turned they abcked into another but i didnt wanna miss the MSL theres these streets all around i say em on the bus too uh... no this area is biweekly the neighborhood near it isnt though thanks for the comment!

Looks like that area recently just started a recycling program if most of the residents have brand new carts. Either that or the tippers fuck the hell outta them lol. Great catch.
