Thanks man, spent 15 mins swimming over it trying to get it off the bottom in that last spot I snagged it which is why I was so quick to take it off hahaha

Nice vid mate glad you changed to the Gantia though. That Ballam would be more suitable to impoundments than rivers/streams. How did you like the Dreamfreak. I have one also but put a 400 Conquest.

Thanks mate, that's what I bought it for but wanted to see if I could get one on it in the small water. Still think I could get it done just don't like the idea of losing it there. I usually run the dream freak with a 300 tranx and fluoro but wanted braid to fish the river so swapped reels, rate the outfit but still need to get a big fish on it to break it in

Hahaha thanks mate, was hoping for more of a reaction or territorial based strike out of the same fish. I reckon if I put the time in it will happen just needed to persist with it, spending what felt like an eternity swimming trying to get it out of that last hole really put me off it though
