@@AdrianStruwig haven’t thought of that tbh 🤔 Want to make sure the hackle feather ties down as little dubbing as possible to make the fly translucent. Definitely worth trying your idea next time.

@ not really my idea. Check out the complex twist bugger from fly fish food. The concept works great and add a little security to the fly as the feather gets tied down in multiple places
