Small-sided games are games with a small number of players on each side, for example 3 v 3 or 5 v 5. The key point is that because there are fewer players, each player gets more touches of the ball, and there are many additional benefits.Small-sided games are a fantastic way of getting players to work together to score lots of goals with every single player having a big part to play in the game.

Καλησπέρα κοουτς θα ήθελα να ρωτήσω οι χρόνοι ασκήσεις είναι στάνταρ η εναλλάσσονται ανάλογα την περίοδο και το στόχο (αναερόβιο η αερβιο)

Καλημέρα.Οι χρόνοι σίγουρα δεν είναι συγκεκριμενοι .και φυσικά δεν έχει να κάνει με το χρόνο μόνο..έχει να κάνει με το χώρο..τον αριθμό των παικτών ,τις διαστάσεις του γηπέδου,την ηλικία των αθλητών και το χρόνο διαλείμματος.. Υπάρχουν μελέτες με πίνακες..που θα βρεις ακριβώς αυτό που ζητάς από τα μικρής οψης παιχνίδια..
