Great job using the material on hand. Simple is always better. Now I need to start on mine.

I bet that corral will be a great help when the time comes. Love that neck gate, nice and simple. Can't wait to see it put into action.

We’ve fought in the past trying to work and load cows. Not anymore! This should be great!!

Looks great y’all. Having two different holding pens keeps y’all safe while sorting the cows and less stress on the cows. Two things that may be helpful make sure your shoot is narrow enough so the cows can’t turn around if they get spooked and second use heavy pipes down shoot as gates in several spots to stop the cows from backing out. Like with all the animals we raise they have relaxed stress free life with one bad day.

That exactly the plan! We are excited!! The last time we loaded cows was a rodeo for sure!! I did this a lot when I was a teenager. Just had so 80 year old guidance back then. Well with cows anyway. Thanks for watching.

Curious about the hanging bird houses by the corral.

We didn’t put them there because of the corral. But encouraging birds to hang around cows or pasture or livestock in general is never a bad idea. They help with the insect population control. Cycle of live type stuff. Thanks for watching.

@ I’ve seen them on some Amish farms in Missouri. Any idea where to get them?

@ these are gords I’ll have to ask dad. Some type of squash that the shell will harden. They last a long time.
