I don't know if you read these comments anymore but wanted to say how lovely your home is. Our house is almost identical so it's nice to see how you manage all your storage! I'm missing an upstairs bathroom. My command center is in the same as yours. I'm in love with your kitchen banquette! We are currently using one of the downstairs bedrooms as a dining room. We inherited a huge antique dining set. In our basement we have one finished off room and my teenager is using it as a bedroom. Luckily we don't live in a flood zone. Note: Tupperware is a brand. Not all plastic containers are Tupperware. Used to buy it at home parties in 50's & 60's. I have some storage containers-guaranteed for life. Not sure it's mfg anymore but was made in Orlando, FL. Love your house!

Brilliant! As we are about to downsize from over 1800 sq ft to a little over 1300 sq ft this video really has come in handy for me! And the storing of the bananas in the mixer: GENIUS!!! I will totally start doing that! BTW, I am IN LOVE with the green on your kitchen door! What is it? I think I asked you before, so forgive me if I did! I'd also LOVE to know where ya got those vintage tubs under Finn's bed. So cute! The house we are HOPEFULLY moving into has a VERY similar kitchen set-up (it was built in 1900) so I will DEFINITELY be referring back to your built-in banquette how-to on the blog! Got a few packs of chalkboard labels & chalk pen at goodwill. All my asstd mason jars came from goodwill also. 99 cents. I had all the jars on top of my frig. Just got a narrow 4 shelf little cupboard for $10 yesterday at goodwill. It holds all my mason jars perfectly all labeled. Goodwill is great

I don't have an entry, my dinning area is zoned. I got a 6 cube organizer to house shoes. No coat closet, got a coat rack coming up the stairs to house coats.

Correct me if I'm wrong but... 3 bedrooms, 2 living rooms, 2 bathrooms is not exactly "small". I think it's the fact it's filled with toys that's confused y'all ;) Small is all those kids, half those toys, 1 bath, 2 bedrooms.

Very nice home. You say you don't use paper towels yet you use wipes for your baby. I'm sure you trow away much more wipes than you would paper towels. Wash cloths for babies is much better.

OMG I almost had a panick attack. So much stuff. Maybe they wouldn't need so many storage solutions if they got rid of 3/4 of the toys. I have 2 kids and the junk can pile up quick. They have a playroom but I go through there and clear it out all the time. They don't play with half the crap the accumulate.

You lost me with no paper towels, no pantry items, and a much needed closet that is currently used for just "legos?!" I would have to go to the grocery store at least once a day to eat only fresh. Using much needed closets for toy rooms seems like a lot of waste. Put legos in a big basket.
