This show is a classic, and so hilarious. Herman was a gentle soul. It was always funny when grandpa and Herman bickered. The old man in this ep reminds me of Tim Conway when he played the shuffling old geezer.

That DMV character was just way too funny. I was losing it laughing at him. Herman was hilarious as ever as well, I might add. Been a fan of the Munsters ever since their first run when I was a kid back in the 60s. Its hard for me to believe that anyone could fail the physical part of a driving test. The little crapbox vehicles nowdays!!! Back in the 70's I took my test in a land yacht, a 1972 Lincoln continental!!! You really had to know what You were doing to maneuver that SHIP!!

The older actor who played the Justice of the Peace, the fireman etc., had a very long movie career. I can't remember his name. But he was in Fun with Baby, a baby tiger, (I am sure the title is not correct) with Cary Grant and Katherine Hepburn in the 1930s. He was a great character actor and quite funny in the parts that he played sometimes.

He was so excited that he backed into the examiners car while leaving the rest area and his license was taken away. Grandpa the as the idea to go to a not-so&)-strict town and found Groverville❤
