I can feel the heat damage😨 but pretty style, and for everyone freaking out about the glue, it can be removed with oil/ conditioner.

Everybody else jus sees a pretty style, all I could see was already thinned to no edges and damaged ends and I see why! She should have crocheted or even sewn that hair in the back and did the no heat stretch method for the top! It's still possible 2 choose beautiful styles like this one and use healthy hair methods!

Well if this is a customer.. she’s not going to want to sit there and wait for her hair to be stretch out (which takes a long time, like overnight kind of long time) some customer wants their hair slick. And a hot comb doesn’t carry as much heat as a flat iron.. ik it’s from a year ago but just wanted to let you know

The cap is no form of protection without a base under it you might as well just glue the tracks directly to the young ladies head unless you do have some kind of protection on her braids not seen by the natural eye such as Morning Glory or grow Solutions but the style itself is very pretty I just don't like when people use stocking caps as if they are a good form of protection alone they're good for holding down frizz or to hold hair in a nice shape while wearing wigs but not as protection.

I had a stylist do this method and the stocking cap 🙄and glue stuck to the braids! I had to cut it (the stocking cap) along with my hair off! I was more pissed at myself for letting her do it🤦🏿‍♀️
