Sorry to hear of your sleeping issues. I had them for many years, and finally got diagnosed as ADHD… once I got that sorted my sleep took care of itself. Melatonin was good for me but you have to take it every night for quite a while before it builds up in your system. It’s worth perseverance because it does work if it’s every night…

Thanks for letting me know and I'm glad you figured it out and are able to sleep 😴. I used to walk a lot at night and was able to sleep once I got home but it's gotten unsafe to do that kind of activity at night so I'm hoping riding a bicycle during the day will help get me tired lol.

@@AcoraWhite yes, definitely lifting day time exercise to physically tire you is a good strategy. The other thing is avoiding sodas and coffee. Anything with caffeine- even some natural teas contain caffeine.

@@craiggillett5985 😊 good thing I don't drink coffee, I drink pop probably once a month because my dad gives me one every once in a while at his house. I just found out natural sun light outside gives Vitamin D, I guess it's time to hit that bike..🚲
