💥 MEDIUM MEATPIE RECIPE :
500g All purpose Flour (regular flour)
200g Margarine or Softened Unsalted Butter
1 small-sized Egg
½ tbsp White Vinegar/ Lemon or Lime Juice
½ tsp of Salt
Very Cold water
💥 SMALL CHOPS JACKET RECIPE :
250g All Purpose Flour
2 heaped tablespoon of Corn Flour (the adult table spoon used for eating)
2 tbsp of Sugar (adult table spoon)
½ tbsp of Salt (adult table spoon)
2 tbsp of Oil (adult table spoon)
Room temperature water

⭐If making 1kg of this recipe, use 1 very large-sized Egg.
⭐Make sure you fry your chops on medium flames till golden brown and crunchy
⭐Tbsp means Table spoon. The spoon used here is NOT Baker's standard measuring spoon. It is your regular adult eating spoon
⭐ I bought: Flour ½ paint (₦1,700); Sugar ½ Cup (₦750); Butter 250g (Napa) ₦650; Oil 1 bottle (₦1,400); Meat ₦1,500 (told them to cut it into ₦200 sizes); Cabbage small-sized (₦500) ; Green Peas (₦400 - dried ones); Kidney beans (₦400 - dried ones); Spring Onions (₦200); Carrot (₦500); Green Pepper (₦400); Scotch bonnet (₦300); 2 Eggs (₦300); Donut Box by 6 ₦400; I kept aside ₦1,300 for Gas
⭐ I had other items like Vinegar, Salt, Seasoning Cubes, Serviette, Spices, at home. I allocated some amount to them from ₦50 depending on the quantity I used.
