All of the origin character va's played a game of dnd as their bg3 characters and each has streamed playing the game itself, Neil in particular seems to have a genuine passion for dnd and role play that comes across. He seems ridiculously humble and funny, apparently he was considering quitting the voice acting and acting for games gig until bg3, its incredibly heartwarming to see people who deserve the praise get it and so much love back to their fans.

The game context is the guy in the video Neil played a vampire spawn named astarian, spawns are basically less than slaves to their master vampire so astarian spent 200 years not owning his own body or even thoughts so he turned a bit cruel to cope in some ways, he's a companion in game so he's like this cheeky sassy vampire that comes across as supportive regardless if you're playing as the good guy or bad guy. The actor did a lot of streams of the game and talking about the process of making it and so on, one of the questions an interviewer asked him was which of his characters would be the funniest as an angry goose and here we are.

I just...Most people would politely ask questions about how long it took you to make etc., but Neil is just so stoked to interact with the cool puppet that he gives it *nose kisses.* It drops its knife and he goes, "Oh no, he's attacking!" like a kid playing a game. My guy is just out here genuinely having fun, and it's lovely.
