I am going to watch the video first before I decide to ‘hit’ the like button or not. Makes better sense to me.

Nice build great video...im waiting to see when the Z6III is gonna come through but this video almost made me want to buy the zf at some point I am gonna buy it but I. feel the Z6III is close.

Glad you like the build. These are fun to put together. If I were to get the Z6III would build a sick rig for it. So I understand were you're at. I know its coming, just wish they go ahead and drop the date already, lol. Im tired of all of these spec leaks, lol.

@@RobertSilverPhotography right I’m still holding on to my original Z6 but I’ll be here to see how you build that z6III 🙌🏽

I appreciate it. But since i have the Z8, Z9 and Zf I'm not sure I'm picking up the Z6III. For sure Ill be picking up[ the 135mm PLENA lens tho :) Perhaps Ill build out someone else's Z6III for ya'll!?!?

Nikon did a great job with the Zf! Personally, I'd prefer not to rig out the Zf and keep the overall retro look. But, that's just me. Def waiting to see what the Z6iii finally delivers.

Totally agree! Fair enough. It's the same reason why I picked up the camera. The antu\icipation for the Z6III is getting crazy!

For someone getting started on a budget, and hopefully getting to this setup. How much is the Hollyland Mars M1 needed? Can you use the back of the screen effectively enough without it? Sorry just starting this journey with lots to learn! Great video and thank you for sharing :-)
@RobertSilverPhotography3 ай бұрын
The Hollayland MArs M1 is a bit on the pricey-side for any new videographer. I would recommend checking this field monitor from Felrworld. Plenty of features and very affordable - amzn.to/45b5n5y

is it possible to use a cage with a gimbal at the same time?
@RobertSilverPhotography7 ай бұрын
Absolutely, you just need to connect the base plate from the gimbal to the cage. Of course, make sure you check the max load that the gimanbal can carry. Personally, I take off the cage to minimize the camera weight - I rather have a buffer if I need to add weight due to lens change (a prime to a zoom for example). I hope that helps. Thanks for watching!

Hey Robert, hate to bother you, I was thinking of purchasing the Matte Box via your Amazon link for the - (SmallRig Mini Matte Box Lite) but it looks like it links to the SmallRig Monitor Mount EVA incorrectly. Thanks
