It's funny in the beginning, the gentleman not wanting to say anything because no one would believe the kids. Our road crossing happened in 1977 in Colorado. We didn't tell a soul, finally in 2022 I talked about with Wes Germer, my buddy who was with me said no way I don't even want to think about it. So last year my son who lives in Tennessee heard some wild vocals and was pretty creeped out, he's 32 now so I finally told him about mine! Of all the things that would finally bring us together, Shout out to the Big Fella. Thanks

I am enjoying the historical educational episodes over the wood banging, 90% in the woods, "looking for" style doc's saying "there is something here". Just seems more grounded and interesting. Excellent work Mark. Cheers

Don is a legend. Have his books, videos, audio etc. and he is a treasure that all LEGIT researchers, in my opinion far less than 100, could definitely learn a thing or two from and I love to hear his tales of the early days of chasing down the elusive creatures. i also loved the old podcast that Don hosted called The Sasquatch Triangle!!! Well, now to watch the show LOL. Hugh

So happy to see Don Keating finally getting his flowers from the community!! Lay lines and all of that woo stuff mentioned briefly, I just l can't buy into that, no use in adding an even bigger mystery to an already gargantuan mystery it makes no sense at all! I wish we had a little more of Don Keating talking than some of the others, but hey, I'm partial to those who paved the way and he has some great stories and Don has forgotten more than the others will ever hope to learn. Some of the so-called researchers today seem to be out for views, attention or trying to make a living doing Sasquatch "research". Well, very few, if any outside of the Finding Bigfoot cast and maybe one or two from the hoax show Expedition Bigfoot, but other than that, yeah you can make a few bucks here and there but everyone seems to want to be the next Cliff Barackman or Matt Moneymaker. Well, love em or hate them and I think both Cliff and Matt are legit "Squatchers" who have spent their entire adult lives even when it wasn't the popular thing and you would get made fun of and chided at every turn. Matt captured what I think is the greatest audio of a Sasquatch to date and has created the largest database of sightings. Cliff is doing some great things with his museum and with his deep dive into footprints and outside of Meldrum, he might be the foremost authority on them. I hate the term "researcher" as only a handful truly deserve that title and I consider myself an "enthusiast" not a researcher as I work full time, however, I have been fascinated by this subject since the mid 70's as a kid and at 59 I am still just as interested and fascinated. However, I always wished that we would get more documentaries and such because after the craze and heydays of the 60's and 70's very little was being produced, yeah, you would get a news story or something now and again and I remember hoping it would regain popularity, but I honestly wish that the subject did not gain this much popularity! I feel it has brought so many kooks, hoaxers, con-men, attention seekers and sadly, mentally ill people longing for attention most of whom will do anything to try to get their 15 minutes of fame, a few fews and or a few bucks and yes that includes hoaxing!!! I believe 99.9 percent of all Sasquatch videos on KZbin and social media are BAD FAKES and even sadder, so many fall for these con men and women who make claims like Sasquatch visits them every night, they peek in their windows, come out and dance for them etc. but anytime someone comes to research they see nothing, hear nothing well, that is except the hoaxers friends trying to fool them. Enough, I hope the craze dies down a bit so that only a few old-school enthusiasts and a couple of the legit new faces will stick around and see this thing to its fruition. They are real beings folks, this I know, but I probably won't get to see it proven in my lifetime, but hopefully over the next 20 years, providing the world is still around, I think the proof will come. I believe groups like the NAWAC, Olympic Project and a couple others will be the ones to bring it home as they are using science-based methodology and are vetting their members more closely than other so-called research groups. Well, my sermon is over. Have a great Sunday evening folks. Peace. Oh, these are my opinions and mine only. I do want to say THANK YOU to Don Keating who has never failed to return an email, answer a question and basically be more than forthright and fair in all dealings with me. Hugh.

Not sure what's going on at STM . The stories are good and informative but it starting to either appear as if multiple episodes are being stitched together to appear as different episodes or due to most all the most recent episodes are collections of stories or experiences they are starting to run together even the people are getting to be hard to discern from episode to episode. What happen to boots on the ground Episodes like when the group went to Alaska or events around the cabin the nesting site ECT. Kinda going in circles with the story telling. Like I said I like some STM but if I lie and say the story telling is enjoyable I'm not helping I feel like I would be giving false input pushing the show in a direction that would be more hurtful but it's just my opinion mabey everyone likes just stories and would rather watch someone sit and talk. I personally like a mixture of stories the hunt and boots on the ground there are to many podcast that have the stories . If this is the direction of the channel good luck I truly hope it is what you hope it to be. Hope I don't get backlash because I'm giving my honest opinion I would hope small town monsters and Seth would prefer to hear exactly what people feel otherwise he can't progress his channel to best suit a larger audience Wich is ultimately what I think Seth is trying to achieve. So I hope my honesty is received as constructive and not hate. I have other things I watch that STM produce.

They recorded long form interviews with all these folks.. usually 2 or so hours.. and then used pieces of each throughout the series. As far as boots on the ground.. this series is more geared towards the historical & personal encounters.

The Buckeye Bigfoot episode interviewed the same researchers for that segment. This specifies the Sasquatch Triangle area topic.

I would agree, we are up in the carroll/lancaster area, but we come down at scioto trail and tar hollow quite a bit to camp and it is very squatchy. my wife had a road crossing sighting up our way, she still doesn't believe what she saw but it is what it is.

My father worked in the Ravenna Army Ammunition Plant which is 23,000 arcres of untouched wooded area and some farms within it. It is surrounded by a huge 12 foot high barb wired chain link fence. It could hide an elephant and nobody would see it. There were a lot of people seeing something walking upright in there and I used to listen to the stories when I was a child. I have been in there with my father. It is very very untouched. Nobody was in there except employees. It is still there but mostly just storage now.

I live in upper Tuscarawas Co. I've spent countless, countless hours outdoors in the triangle and all around it. Did a great deal of artifact hunting in the fields, mushroom hunting in the woods, off roading, and some years deer hunting. Unfortunately, I was looking down most of the time or I'm sure I might have seen Mr Squatch a time or two lol. Yes eastern Oh. gets quite hilly the closer you get to the river

16:50 when I was in WA state there was so many areas where for miles you simply cannot venture into either it's swampy, too steep, or just too thick to just hike into. So, it's my opinion that sasquatch would love to live there because humans simply will not venture there.

Probably the best Bigfoot video I’ve seen were all the people being interviewed seem normal not goofy and believable. The only thing is some of these people say they’ve got videos and they have pictures of things that they’ve seen. Why didn’t they show it?

When Matt Matzke was talking at about the 22:20 mark in this vid talking about coming down from NW Ohio flat farmland then going east on RT 70 and getting 20-30 minutes east of C-Bus, that exact mile marker is mile marker 131 going east from C-Bus. The change is IMMEDIATE And abrupt. At that mile marker, you look ahead of you and it's hilly, at the same time, you look in your rear view mirror and it's flat..... glaciation vs little or no glaciation.
