Mid 1970's I had an experience that ever since I struggle with to explain, Bigfoot just never made sense because of the location, lack of available food beyond orange groves, ground squirrels and rabbits. I was rabbit hunting in Perris Valley Ca and something yelled so loud it shook my insides and I felt it was directed at me. My father who was from Grants Pass Oregon didn't say much about it that I remember but I do remember he began telling me stories from back home over the next number of years.

Lot's of remote area's in the Sierras for a Bigfoot to live and thrive. I spent a week up at Big Pine Lakes around 2009. It was amazing how many people are to lazy to hike more than a few miles from the trailhead. Over the week in that area exploring we only saw one person. But the whole week we had this feeling we were being watched and stalked. That sort of 6th sense was kicking in. I need to return back there and explore.

My belief is its hardwired into Sasquatch to travel on various routes as it was through their ancestors. It's also passed on through family groups, such as juveniles traveling along distances through mountain ranges. I think they're migratory. Here in Canada I think they head south into the states during winter months. There's several paths I think they regularly use, such as Ross Lake is a shared between BC and Washington. All along the border below Chilliwack River and Chilliwack Lake. And everywhere along the Similkameen and Tulameen Rivers and Manning Park. Interestingly the Pacific Crest Trail ends in Manning Park in the Cascade mountain range. It's hardwired like it is for deer, bears, moose, etc.
@thomas6600 Жыл бұрын
i think you are right, i study my area here in alaskas kenai peninsula, and i think there are chokepoints that the creatures are forced to move through migrating each year. portage, between whittier and the cook inlet, seems like a place they MUST move through to access Area A in seward AK....

@clothilde1623 Жыл бұрын
Yup, exactly. I noticed on Finding Bigfoot that the most they’d ever get would be a single response, probably out of curiosity, followed by radio silence. Every time. And even _that_ was rare. If we can tell the difference between what sounds human and what sounds distinctly inhuman I’m sure the squatchies can too! Plus we don’t understand the nature of their calls - what different sounds and intonations might convey. I bet they just roll their eyes when they hear Moneymaker wooh-ing away out there (especially as his calls are rubbish!) 😂

I have traveled to many indigenous nations throughout US ( career working in tribal education) these magnificent Creatures are all over and in Our stories. What I find amusing is - they laughed at us saying our stories are folklore, fairy tales- now that modern people are seeing it - it’s Real. If they would just take the time to sit and talk with our Elders they might learn a thing or two. They have been here before modern man - some stories say they walked in harmony with our Ancestors. Things changed - some stories say it was do to “a mistake/misunderstanding “ others says that the ghost from the big water (ocean) brought a change and some even say it’s because we are “fire carriers” and destroy everything. I love the idea the youth are seeking our knowledge- just as it was taught to us.✌🏽♥️

Later around 10:30ish something bipedal walk from behind us to our camp. It walk around camp as everyone from 3 different tents were scared. We had walkie-talkie to communicate and seem to move as it head the whisper in to the radios. It eventually left and we feel asleep later that night. The next morning I went looking to see what came to camp but no clear prints due to all the leaf litter. Then I found a single print about 30 feet back from camp . It had 5 toes, was the right foot and could see the heel. It was about 18in long. We packed up and left as fast as possible. This happened roughly 1998 in june

Thanks for this!!! I live on the southern mountain range of the Antelope V about 15 mi from Gorman, so closer to the 5 than Lancaster. It’s where the San Gabriel’s begins. We have a land conservancy here where natural springs are maintained and cameras are seeing deer, big cats 5-6 and the occasional bear. I have always said it’s a short cut (Tehachapi to points below in the San Gabriel’s) and although I’d agree this was in the past “mostly” I don’t think them fully gone from the area because sightings do occurs to this day. I also don’t think the short cut they used was the only route. As we know Frazier Park and Tejon Ranch areas have had sightings and from reports so has smaller communities near me like Lake Hughes and Lake Elizabeth which is much further west than say the Tehachapi to the Cajon Pass route. I love this wild and wonderful history we have of this mammal in my backyard. Again thanks for the light you shown on this subject in my hood. I always have my eyes peeled especially being the Mojave. It’s a mysterious place. Happy hunting.

I'm NOT an expert, but I must say that I think the whole call blasting/vocalizing approach isn't going to give the kinds of results we are really looking for. I understand it's something that Matt likes to do, but unfortunately, very rarely will you get a response back and it could be due to many factors, including a possible fact Sasquatch just might not be in the area. I would highly suggest trying to bring the Sasquatch in, by other means, such as just being yourselves or playing music, instruments, laughing or singing. Maybe, using colorful lighting.
