Plan meals, especially no need to shop for extras meals, and use up about to expire and excess. 3. Plan meals with a shopping list (last) for meals that need extra items.😊

Great video Tiffany, lots of good tips that I think we forget to do when life gets busy and we end up spending more than we need to. Once a week I have to work at night so the day before I try to make something we can have for leftovers and that definitely saves me money instead of getting takeout every week. Hey girl, great video with lots of good tips! I used to have a binder and would keep recipes from magazines or printed out from friends from email haha! A few years ago I transferred all recipes to my Google Docs so I didn't have to have just another physical thing in my home! I just pull up recipes from my Google Docs app on my phone and I can do it from anywhere even if I travel! I am going to stop buying so much at Costco. There are things that are a much better deal, or things I can't get at HEB but I am gonna buy far less than I used to. Trying to simplify my life!! I did that 21 Day Fix cuz I used to be a Beach Body coach. I didn't really do the food containers I mostly got it for the workout videos. HEB will send you a text before you pick up to show you all of the substitutions and you can decline any you don't want. We only get take out once a week and it's on Saturday night. Fast food has gotten SO expensive lately!! You always have such great ideas around saving money on groceries! Thanks for sharing!💖

Yeah, we just talk to a friend of ours who owns and runs a farm, and he's going to sell us a dozen of eggs for $5, when we need. It. And we buy our cow and pig from them as well.😊
