Oh my goodness, love the chemistry and commerodery between Tom, Kristin and Erica. So lovely they are and funny. It's great seeing them roast Tom at certain points too. You can tell they really love each other. Erica and Kristin are quite a pair themselves. They have great chemistry through this panel. They Truly were the greatest versions of Lana Lang and Lois Lane. Both sweet, cute, funny, caring, yet could be tough,strong, smart, fierce and brave. As Tom was the greatest Clark Kent/Superman with how humble, moral, compassionate, righteous, empathetic and stoic he was. This was an awesome panel. thank You so much for putting it up.😀❤❤

Massive kudos for doing this for fans who were unable to attend the con. I rather wish I hadn't bought a digital ticket, as it was really only the Smallville panel I wanted to watch, and that became available for free on popverse without even a membership when it streamed live. But that version won't be up forever, so I truly appreciate you for taking that risk and film and share it here on youtube, where anyone can watch. Not all cons forbid filming of panels, and some enforce the rule more strictly than others but it is very much appreciated when someone takes the effort to film them and share them here. Thank you!

Someone pointed that out to me off vid from most recent con. In that case Tom can backtrack on love for Clois and have Clark and Lana happen again. Gag me if they do. I would have to ignore it and I already will have to ignore new stuff with another Clois I like. I really don’t get why Lana needs to even be a part. Kristin at the height of her beauty was god tier beautiful, she was a real site to behold. back then there probably were less than 5 women in the entire world that could match the beauty of her face, that's just how supernaturally beautiful her face actually was! Even today, Kristin is more beautiful than 95% of women in their 20s and she's around 40 - 41 now! Her beauty is timeless, like some people don't understand exactly what this women had, and to a large degree still has, she's one of rarest beauties on the entire planet!

To me Erica isn't just attractive because of how she looks. It's her energy. She's extremely feminine, flirty/bratty, and she is self reflective! I really admire how open she is about her flaws and her self accountability. That's a very rare trait for women to have. Many struggle to take ownership of flaws and want to blame other factors.

@SynthwaveLana - The counter I'd make is that Lana had sex with Bizarro for months and couldn't tell the difference. I mean, she tells Chloe that her and Clark can't have sex because he worries about self ctrl. Yet she doesn't question why "Clark" suddenly wants sex regularly? 😆 Yet Lois could tell it was Clark instinctually multiple times. The fake Green Arrow kiss, and then Lois knows it's Clark from that in Crimson. Or in the S9 finale when Lois kisses Clark as the Blur in the dark and knows it's him. The best, though, is in the ep "Luthor," where she looks into his eyes and instantly knows it's the real Clark. It's stuff like this that shows Lois was the one who actually knew Clark the best.

Bizarro pulling off a near perfect persona of Clark, while being more loving and caring kind of like how Clark was in early season 5 was what tricked Lana in one of her weakest moments.

I knew Tom didn’t have a say in the hiring of Erica. It was the producers’ choice because they wanted Clark and Lois to have a sibling bantering. Tom just confirmed it. 5:56 “What choice do I have! They’ve already cast you. Nothing I can do at that point.”😂

You know, this makes me think of something. Since the producers at the time didn't cast for the best chemistry, and they wanted more of a brother sister type thing between them, I don't think Lois ever would have become endgame if Al Miles stayed at the helm. They weren't looking to do that at all with her. Just one more bit of evidence that in all likelihood had Al and Miles stayed the executive producers we would have got a Clana endgame. Lois was there for comedic relief and to appeal to an older audience, nothing else!

Not only because of how she looks, but they didn't do chemistry testing with her, or let Tom pick her. She was originally brought on the show for an entirely different reason. Actually come to think of it, I remember something else I read a while back now, and that was that originally Lois was only supposed to be on for one season. That's why she's shown as a guest in the credits in season 4. They never intended for her to be on the show for as long as she was. My guess is when they made the changes they did for season 5, they decided to keep her on full time as a regular cast member. This decision could have come from higher ups at the CW, or possibly was just the Lois fans being overly loud like they are and demanding she stay in letters to the producers, tough call, but either way, yeah, she wasn't originally going to be on the show for that long. They even had her send off story all prepared for why she was gone, and that's because she went to Europe after the last events in S4.

I had no idea 'The Professionals' was a thing. The CW doing zero promotions for it. I guess Warner Brothers is too broke to promote anything these days. Sad.

It took an age for it to be picked up in the US. It's a 10 part series that was filmed way back in 2019. It was originally released on Viaplay which (initially) is a Nordic streaming service back in late 2020. It then aired in Germany, and earlier this year in the UK and Australia on CH5Action. News of it being picked up by the CW was at the beginning of this year. Since this isn't their own show, just an acquisition, it seems like the CW don't care to promote it as much as their own shows. Which is a shame.

@@zhozho800 Yeah, and they filmed in numerous locations around the world, mainly South Africa and Ireland. I think the pandemic haltered the post production process and trying to sell it to the US. I hope it does well. I'm not sure how well it did in Europe, given it's very limited access though Germany did release it on Blu Ray and DVD with English audio. It'd be lovely to have a second series of it as I loved Tom and Brendan Fraser together. It would have been nice if they teamed up at this comic con, but I don't think they did, sadly.

I will forever be a loyal and devoted fan of Clana and what originally made the series so special and endearing in the earlier seasons. I never knew it was actually the CW it self that screwed it all up. Did they have a hand in changing out the executive producers in S8? If so shame on them!

@@September_Rains I see, well I respect them for the work they put into it, and they're amazing producers, but unfortunately they were wrong to leave. Maybe the show did need new energy, but what it got was producers that wanted to crap all over their vision and turn it into a mediocre retelling of Superman that we get every 6 to 7 years from so many other producers. Smallville was suppose to be different. Al and Miles created something original and it was this originality that got it so much viewership. There's an old adage I see passed around that I would like to say, and that is, when it comes to TV series adaptations, NEVER GO FULL COMIC BOOK!

@@hoppeanofasgard1365 Agreed! You never want to go full comic book. I also think if creators of shows start a show, they need to finish it to ensure integrity. I really like the first 4 and 1/2 seasons of Smallville, and for me it gets a little weird after that, but I still much rather would have had Al and Miles finish what they started than to have got what we got. I think one problem Smallville suffered from, and really many shows have this issue, is all too often the producers just go for what makes the most money at the time. Al and Miles had a good thing going for them, but in the interest of keeping the show going and milking it as long as possible, they first sacrificed the story a little, and mucked around with some characters for the sake of storytelling (something I'm against) and once they got back on track to giving it a more relatable feel again they were tiered of doing the show. The real truth of the matter is Smallville should have ended in S5, but because they had to milk it we first got a strange arc, and then just as things were getting better, they lost their edge and bowed out. We can love them for early Smallville, but we should never forgive them for going for clout and money over substance and a good story, especially when they couldn't even respect the fans enough to finish what they started with a good ending and instead handed it off to people who did an even worse job then they did in their last 2 seasons they made.

Bruh, her face was like a 5, maybe 5.5 at best, her body around a 7, she was barley better than average, and she looked over 30 even in the first season with her. I'm sorry, but if you think she was the hottest then you have some really weird standards. Even Chloe looked better than Lois, and I was never particularly attracted to Chole.

Defying all the rules of not filming, and taking photos, as a fan myself I took risks in order to bring the panel for the ones not able to attend or purchase a digital ticket to watch the livestreamed panels.
