Idk if I'd call it well written. There's a lot of glaring flaws. The world building and character design is on point though and the fight choreography is some of the best shounen has to offer. I just wish Boruto had the same level of attention.

This manga is my entire life. I grew up watching and reading Naruto and I felt like he was a friend keeping me company when I most needed it and growing alongside me. Still remember the day the manga ended and I spent the next 2 days crying in disbelief... The good old days. Happy 25th anniversary 🧡

Using my old anime account to comment here- i just wanted to reiterate what everyone else is saying, its one thing to grow up along side an anime, theres many great anime/manga series i've been able to do so with. But naruto is simply different. Its just real. Real pain, real joy, real sadness and real growth. I'm genuinely happy kishimoto put his all into this world of characters, flaws and all. Obviously since we've moved onto the next generation there has been a shift of focus off from naruto, but even still i feel many of us are connected to him. Ik its still considered strange, but im glad to be part of a community who comes to this series for emotional support. Its changed the way i view myself and how i view the world, and that is so valuable beyond words. Thank you for 25 years, i sincerely hope there's many more to come and i wish kishi sensei the best of health, happiness and success after devoting himself to his art for so long. And to the VA, musicians and animators over at studio pierrot and aniplex back in the day; thank you for bringing the tale of this little yellow haired boy to life 🧡
