Beautiful and practical building!👏🏼 and the fact that the army itself constructed it turns thing way more valuable, they decided take part activaly in a social issue, did a great community work!🙌🏼❗ Here in my country the army only serves the rich ones and are very skilled in corruption and milk benefits from the Goverment😩

Very nicely built considering that soldiers with out previous experience built it . They have put their heart into it and made a stunningly beautiful library. Great architecture .
