I had a similar transition (working as a floor nurse to working as a nurse manager). It was tough because I had zero guidance. start with at least 2 white button down shirts then get some striped and printed ones. Also get some black slacks in various styles. simple jewelry and some great flats (spend as much as you can afford on some well made shoes).

Because I was in my 40's when I started my channel, and it's designed for women over 40 which includes women in their 50's (and that's exactly who I am). According to my analytics (and comments) women in their 50's enjoy my content and don't feel excluded.
