Mine keep disconnecting from the app :( It worked fine the first time I opened the app, got to use the equalizer and everything now I can't do anything with them T_T it just keeps disconnecting

Does anyone think the ANC is very poor on these? I can hear everything around me as if the ANC is not working properly
