Hi PK, Firstly this is an awesome demo i liked the way you have gone through the whole process from the start to the end at good pace tutorial. By the end of this tutorial it made me more confident to create my own Data Entry FORM for Asset Tracker, i have used a few more additional fields and all seem to work well but i am stuck with one feature i have incorporated in this Data entry FORM which is i have 10 CheckBox's and i wanted to to display the CheckBox result value "Yes" if Checked and "No" if unchecked onto Sheet2(Database) on cell U2, and clear all checkBox's once the entry is saved. I tried all possible sorts but unable to get the right VBA code for this CheckBox action. I was wondering if you could please help me or your advice on how do i write the vba code for this action? Your help is much appreciated and many Thanks in advance.

Hi PK. Does this form work in the 'On line' version of excel. ??? In other words I was told that many 'controls' do NOT show up in the On line version ( which i checked as is true), and macros do not run either.... More and more users are generating forms ( for customers or call centres) to input data using the free 'on line' version...
