I liked it initially, but when he said few times that feeding protein to cows leads to higher fat content 15:09 in milk then I realized that he is a typical bania salesman with very little subject matter expertise. Fat in milk comes from carbohydrate digestion by rumen microbes. Part of the protein consumed ultimately goes to milk in the form of protein (casein and whey protein). If anyone is in search of knowledge in this field, I would say look for better source.
